Hi! Bachi – Serves fresh, made-to-order hibachi plates featuring seared steak, chicken, shrimp, tofu, and vegetable options. Each entrée is served over egg fried rice with sautéed zucchini, onions, and mushrooms, and finished with our signature sauces.

Rose’s Onigiri Truck – Durham’s premier nori wrapped rice-ball micro-mobile service platform. Featuring fresh milled Japanese rice, local fish like tuna or crab meat, and fresh local veggies.

Jams Ice Cream Truck – The Triangle’s only soft serve mobile ice cream parlor serving cones, sundaes, milkshakes, and shaved ice made with fresh local ingredients from the Triangle.
