Every year NPNA organizes a neighborhood yard sale. This is a great way to get rid of stuff accumulating in your house or shed and give it another life! Usually there are 20 to 25 households participating; the concentrated number of sales occurring simultaneously make it attractive to avid yard sale shoppers. It also attracts many neighbors simply looking to explore and meet others. Because of this, even if you don’t have a lot of stuff to sell or giveaway it can still be worthwhile to join in. NPNA advertises the sale through various platforms and compiles a list and map of participant locations to help promote the event.

Interested households conduct sales at their own properties. A map is posted on the NPNA website with locations and listings the week before the sale. Paper copies are also distributed at the tennis court bulletin board several days before the sale.
